Steven has consulted for many leading design companies who require his experience and expertise. This includes design feasibility with sketched visuals and plans. He has worked with Bee Osborn, Rose Uniacke, Nicky Haslam, Staffan Tollgard and Pascal Goujon.
Daily or hourly rates are available for design consultancy. This can be done at the property, or by telephone or Zoom.
Client’s Agent
Steven has worked for clients where he has represented them by attending meetings on their behalf, providing what is called a ‘watching brief’. At the outset, he reviews the design proposals, ensuring enough information is being provided for contractors to cost from. This saves a huge amount of time and unnecessary costs.
